How do you get the colors so incredably bright?

  8. Playdough Chef August 8, 2011 at 10:31 pm #

Add a fair bit of food coloring and that should do the trick.

How much playdough does this recipe yield? How should I scale this recipe for a class of 30 kids?

Here in Vietname we can’t buy cream of tartar. Can I still make play dough without it?
I understand it’s for elestiek of the play dough. Maybe u can advice me to use something else in state of creame of tartar.

    Tks,

    Kim

I made this without the cream of tartar, and it worked perfectly. If anyone is refilling old play-do containers, this recipe makes enough to completely fill two regular size containers and one small one. So you could split it evenly and have three almost-full regular size containers, with three different colors..
